Be Active Your Way

Be Active Your Way is an interactive information program that encourages older people to be more physically active.

It informs people of the benefits of physical activity, why they should be active and how they can participate in activities that will improve their physical and mental health.

This session will also dispel some myths about physical activity and strength training.
