Exercising with friends can be great fun!
Do you have a friend, partner or family member who needs a bit of motivation to get moving?
Come on down to Kensington on Sundays over the next five weeks - and you can bring a friend with you for free.
Your friend can access all the facilties and classes available on Sundays.
Enjoy your exercise that little bit more with a friend this Spring.
Terms and Conditions:
- Members can bring in (One) friend per Sunday.
- Bring a friend Sundays operate on Sunday September 6, Septemeber 13, September 20, September 27 and October 4.
- Friends do not have access to Health Planning Sessions and Exercise Demonstrations
- Friends must submit details on entry to the centre
