Set a challenge for Spring

Whether you need to kick start your fitness or just add something new to your current training, our Boot Camp will help you reach your goals. 

No two sessions are the same, so you will never be bored! Challenge yourself and commit to improving your fitness and wellbeing. 

The camp has 15 sessions over 5 weeks and combines a range of training styles from cardio and boxing to strength and conditioning exercises. 

Dates: Monday 14 August to Monday 15 September

Time: 6.05am - 7.05am

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 sessions a week)

Returning member: $198

New member: $220.50

Returning non-member: $220.50

New non-member: $244.50

Active Melbourne member: $198

Our Boot Camp is tailored for people with a variety of fitness levels, so anyone can join in and give it a go.
