BODY ATTACK/BODY ATTACK EXPRESS
A high intensity exercise to music class involving sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning for building strength. Express is a condensed 45 minute session.
A pre-choreographed weights to music class using plates and barbells. If you don’t have time to do your own weights program, come down to experience this total body workout.
HALF HOUR POWER
An express fitness session involving cardio, resistance and core elements. A full body workout in just 30 minutes. It is suitable for a variety of fitness levels – from the beginner wanting to build a fitness base to those interested in toning and strength improvements.
A 30 minute class where you can expect to be pushed while working all areas of your core. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness from the beginner to advanced wanting to build a strong core.
Cardio based session on a spin bike. Trainers will take you through a great workout with various intervals and resistances. Great for all fitness levels, fantastic low impact fitness.
An interval training class using fun choreography to keep your mind occupied as you master all the steps whilst the body works hard and gains fitness steadily.
Recharge, revitalize and relax with Yoga. Allow your spine to become stronger and learn how to strengthen posture and improve flexibility.

YOUNG AT HEART
Designed for individuals of all levels of ability and mobility aged 50 years and over. Participants will build strength and mobility while using a combination of bodyweight exercises and weights
Running, jogging and walking under water strengthens your legs, hips, hamstrings, quads, gluteus muscles and increases your cardio-respiratory fitness.
Designed for individuals of all levels of ability and mobility aged 50 years and over. ‘Aqua Movers’ is a simple water based exercise class.
Is aimed at adult swimmers who want to improve their swimming stroke and fitness, who want more than traditional swimming lessons and don’t want the intensity of squad. Lap club is for everybody and is a great way to meet new people and have fun whilst staying fit. New 6:30pm Thursday Lap Club is for less skilled and less confident swimmers.
This class will push your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness with its unique combination of bike and barbell work. Spin the pedals then squat, press and curl your way towards a better body. All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed by the instructor.
A relaxed paced restorative yoga session suitable for all levels including beginners. Flexibility, deep tissue release and meditation to start the day.
