What is Adrenaline?

Adrenaline is a 45 minute high intensity group training program.  The focus is on coaching, motivating and getting the best performance from each individual.  It challenges participants to their limits and achieves great physical results.

Adrenaline is a workout program built around small group, high intensity training sessions. Its main focus is on functional training - that is, working with the body movements we use in everyday life to improve speed, strength, power, balance, flexibility and agility. Functional training leads to better joint mobility and stability as well as decreasing the potential for injury during athletic endeavours.

Who Is Adrenaline For?

Adrenaline is targeted towards 18 -55 year olds who have the desire to exercise but lack the motivation. Their goals are often weight loss and to increase fitness. Our participants tell us after just a few sessions that they feel happier, healthier and are already seeing results.

Adrenaline is geared towards individual performance based goals, allowing participants of all levels to push themselves to their limits.

Adrenaline Format

Optimum session size at Kensington is 10 people.

Sessions are 45 minutes long, broken down into three 15 minute sections, they are:

-       Teach It - Warm up and Demonstration.

-       Do It - Complete the exercise with perfect technique

-       Beat It - Complete the workout at high intensity without compromising form. 

 

What is involved and included in the 8 week challenge:

-Committing to attending Adrenaline 3 times per week.

-RUSH benchmark strength and fitness measure at the beginning and end to measure improvement. 

- Free Evolt Body Composition scans on our scanning days

-Trainer support throughout.

-Prizes for the most improved RUSH result and for most improved Evolt Scan. 

The challenge is suitable to people of an intermediate to advanced fitness level. If you are unsure if this is right for you please attend one of our Adrenaline sessions and speak to a trainer.

The challenge begins February 4th. 

COST

Active Melbourne members- FREE

Club members- Upgrade to Active Melbourne membership (additional $7.25 per week)

Non members- $400 for the full 8 weeks
