Our Lap Club program is a great way to improve your swimming technique and increase your fitness
Lap Club is an innovative adult swim program catering for everyone - from beginners straight out of our learn to swim program, as well as adults wanting a weekly all-over fitness work out.
Maybe a traditional squad is not for you, but Lap Club is different. With multiple lanes, we cater for all swimmers and everyone can benefit from swimming in a group. You can choose your own level, and swim with others who are at a similar speed and skill level.
Our results speak for themselves. Out swimmers improve rapidly, much faster than those swimming alone, because our experienced coaches are on hand to give you the skills, tips and tricks to improve.
This social club is for everybody and is a great way to meet new people and have fun whilst keeping fit.
Lap Club session times during winter are:
Tuesday & Thursday 6.15am - 7.15am - This is a great cardio, strength and aerobic workout for confident swimmers with a coach to assist and advise you on technique.
Thursday 6:30-7:30pm - for beginner & less confident swimmers, who may be just graduating from a learn to swim program.
Thursday 7:30-8:30pm - for more competent swimmers who can complete laps of the pool and who want to improve stroke speed and technique. This group has three lanes and caters for slow, medium and fast swimmers.
